Vita Plus is designed with a "Privacy First" philosophy. We believe your health data belongs to you. We only store the data necessary to provide you with our services (Health Diary, OCR analysis, and Caregiver sharing). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

2. Data Collection

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address for authentication.
• Health Records: Vitals (blood pressure, heart rate, etc.) that you manually enter.
• Documents: Images of medical documents you upload for OCR processing.
• Usage Data: Anonymous metrics to improve app performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Providing AI-generated summaries of your health records.
• Enabling you to share data with your designated Caregivers.
• Syncing your diary across your devices.

4. AI Processing

We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and DeepSeek) to process text from your documents and generate health summaries. We send only the necessary text data to these providers. They are not permitted to use your data to train their models.

5. Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. This can be done directly within the app settings or by contacting support.
